We have an exciting opportunity for an Orthodontic Front Office/Treatment Coordinator to join our team in both Nundah and Caboolture branches.

The ideal person for this job would be well presented, with high energy, and a positive and bubbly attitude. Experience in dental assisting/orthodontics is NOT essential but regarded. A passion for delivering exceptional care to our patients is essential.

Required Skills and Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative tasks - managing appointment books/ calling patients/ taking payments/ presenting cases and fees.
• Chair side assisting, sterilising, and patient management and instructions. Taking photos, scans and impressions.
• Basic laboratory tasks – pour models and make retainers.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient working environment
• Strong communication, time management and organisation skills
• Enjoy working in a fast paced environment as part of a team
• Attention to detail
• Meticulous presentation
• Reliability with an outgoing and positive attitude
• A reliable motor vehicle as travel to branches is a must
